This is a set of one spacer ring and one Maxell 357 battery which will allow you to use a 357 battery instead of a 355. The 355 Mercury battery is discontinued, and the 357 battery delivers the same 1.55V of power that the original mercury batteries did. The spacer rings can be used repeatedly each time a battery change is required.
