Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped the same day, or closest business day to which it is received.

Orders must be received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time in order for the order to be shipped the same day, if not, the order will be shipped the following workday.  We will make every effort to contact you in the event that your order is delayed.

We ship with the following services:

USPS, UPS, FedEx,

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipping service, destination, and package parameters.

Free pick up is available, and customers are welcome to provide their own shipping labels.

Mandatory Ground Shipping

There are certain items that will only be shipped via UPS Ground. This means that they may not be able to be shipped outside of the continental U.S. These items include but are not limited to items that contain Hazardous solutions as well as lithium batteries. 

Addresses that are Undeliverable

We will ship to the address that you indicate as your shipping address. If this is incorrect your order will be delayed and you will be charged a $15.00 address correction fee, Available only through UPS shipments only. You MUST check your address and email address before finalizing your order.

Shipping Schedule

Orders will ship within one or two business days of your invoice date, our shipping days are Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be placed in your order and will be able to track your passage via your account in Hovigs.com.

  • By default, Hovigs.com cart and shipping software calculates the shipping rate that you’ve chosen for all services. All packages shipped via UPS or FedEx must be delivered to a physical street address. UPS or FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes

  • UPS & FedEx business days are Monday through Friday
  • US Mail business days are Monday through Saturday.

Saturday Delivery 

Please specify Saturday Delivery in the notes area during checkout if using UPS or FedEx. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery by UPS and FedEx. The charges will not be shown at checkout, but will be billed to you during processing at our facility.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may carry a surcharge based on dimensional size and also be further restricted in size and weight. 

International Shipping Carriers and Services

Some service options will be generated automatically depending on your country/address and product price, size, and weight. Customers are responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate before ordering. 

Some international shipments can take 2-4 weeks to arrive through the postal service depending on the service level and destination country. Tracking international shipments is limited on postal service.  

International shipping restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. There may be restrictions by the shipper on liquids, batteries, and other products licensed only for US sales that are not available to international destinations. Package size, product value, and other restrictions can apply from government and shipping companies.

Missing Product

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order. We have separate people do safeguard checks on orders and all packages are weighed and video recorded upon shipping to assist with missing product claims. You must notify us within ten days of receipt of the order for a missing product claim to be considered.
